摘要
为提升民爆企业安全文化建设质量与速度,结合民爆企业安全文化建设现状,利用PDCA循环理论构建了3层次民爆企业安全文化建设模型,提出了民爆企业安全文化建设实践框架与人员职责,分析了在自发性驱动与管理性驱动的双动力驱动作用下民爆企业安全文化发展规律,总结了安全文化建设2项驱动力的提升策略,以期为民爆企业安全文化建设的高效发展提供参考。
In order to improve the quality and speed of the safety culture construction of civil explosion enterprises,combined with the current situation of the safety culture construction of civil explosion enterprises,PDCA cycle theory was used to construct a three-level civil explosion enterprise safety culture construction model,and the practice framework and personnel responsibilities of the civil explosion enterprise safety culture construction were proposed.The law of the development of safety culture of civil explosives enterprises under the dual driving force of spontaneous drive and managerial drive was analyzed,the two driving force improvement strategies for the construction of safety culture were summarized,in order to provide for the efficient development of safety culture construction of civil explosives enterprises reference.
