摘要
随着特种重型车辆电动化水平的不断提高,基于永磁同步电机的双电机同步控制策略在电动执行系统的应用越来越多,对同步控制的可靠性和安全性设计提出更高的要求。基于永磁同步电机的数学模型,设计了永磁同步电机双电机同步控制系统,针对特种车辆应用需求,提出高可靠性和高安全性的系统设计方法。试验证明,双电机的速度误差小于20 r/min,满足技术指标要求。
With the continuous improvement of the level of motorization of special heavy vehicles,the dual motor synchronous control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor has been applied more and more in the electric execution system,which puts forward higher requirements for the reliability and safety design of synchronous control.Based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model,a permanent magnet synchronous motor double motor synchronous control system was designed.In view of the special vehicle application requirements,high reliability and high security system design method was carried out.The test results showed that the speed error of dual motor was less than 20 r/min,which meets the technical requirements.
