摘要
目的:分析在神经外科术中应用神经电生理监测对患者治疗效果的作用,从而为其临床应用提供参考。方法:以436例神经外科手术患者为对象,时间以2016年1月到2021年3月为起止,将436例对象经随机法分为两组,分别为研究组和参照组,研究组231例和参照组205例。采取常规神经外科开颅手术治疗参照组,研究组基于前组方案上在术中加强神经电生理监测。比较两组术后并发症率及NIHSS评分变化及生存质量。结果:两组对比术后并发症率的统计结果表明研究组更优,统计差异满足要求(P<0.05)。两组对比术后2周、4周、6周时NIHSS评分的统计结果表明研究组更优,统计差异满足要求(P<0.05)。两组对比生存质量各评分的统计结果表明研究组更优,统计差异满足要求(P<0.05)。结论:在神经外科术中的应用神经电生理监测的作用显著,既可减少神经功能损伤,保护正常神经组织,又可有效控制并发症,提升患者生存质量,安全可靠,可做进一步推广。
Objective:To analyze the application of neuroelectrophysiology in neurosurgery to provide the clinical application guidance.Methods:436 neurosurgical patients from January 2016 to March 2021 were taken as subjects and randomly divided into study group and reference group,with 231 cases in study group and 205 cases in reference group.Conventional neurosurgical craniotomy was used to treat the patients in reference group,while the study group strengthened neuroelectrophysiological monitoring during operation based on the former group plan.The postoperative complication rate,NIHSS score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The statistical results of postoperative complication rate between the two groups showed that the study group was superior,and the statistical difference met the requirements(P<0.05).The statistical results of NIHSS scores at 2w,4w and 6w after operation showed that the study group was superior,and the statistical difference met the requirements(P<0.05).The statistical results of each score of quality of life were compared between the two groups and the study group was superior,and the statistical difference met the requirements(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of neuroelectrophysiology in neurosurgery can reduce the injury of neurological function,protect the normal nervous tissues,effectively control complications and promote the survival quality,which can be further promoted.
