摘要
目的:探讨小鼠出生发育成熟过程中颅内压变化,并构建合理动物模型,为今后进一步研究小儿颅骨缺损奠定基础。方法:选取产后(P)3、10、20、30、70 d五个年龄段雄性BALB/c小鼠,每组8只;麻醉后记录小鼠颅内压5次,记录颅内压最大值,麻醉状态下颈椎脱臼处死小鼠。结果:小鼠颅内压从P3时(1.354±0.083)mmHg增加到P10时(1.900±0.096)mmHg,P20时为(3.569±0.105)mmHg,P70时小鼠颅内压在4 mmHg范围浮动;P3与P20,P10与P20的ICP差异具有统计学意义。结论:通过探究小鼠发育成熟过程中颅内压变化规律,构建小鼠发育过程中颅内压变化的动物模型,为后期研究小儿出生发育过程中颅内压变化及其颅骨生长发育提供可靠的实验依据。
Objective:To investigate the changes of intracranial pressure(ICP)in ideal mice during birth,development and maturity and to establish a rational animal model to lay a foundation for the further study of skull defects in children.Methods:Five age groups of male BALB/c mice were selected(3,10,20,30 and 70 days after birth),8 in each group.Intracranial pressure of the mice was recorded 5 times after anesthesia,and the cranium Maximum internal pressure was recorded.The mice were then sacrificed by spinal cord amputation under anesthesia.Results:The Intracranial pressure of the mice increased from 1.354 of by spinal cord amputation under at P10,and to 3.569andeased from 1.354The Intracranial pressure fluctuated in the range of 4mmHg at P70.There were significant differences in ICP between P3 and P20 and between P10 and P20.Conclusion:Reasonable models can be constructed by exploring the changes of intracranial pressure during the development and maturity of mice and may provide a reliable experimental basis for the later study of cranial defect repair in children。
