神经再生机制的研究进展

摘要 神经损伤后再生,包括中枢神经和外周神经再生,是神经科学领域研究和治疗神经系统疾病的热点,然而神经再生的发生机理复杂,影响因素多样,很难从一个或者一种理论来解释和描述神经再生机制。本文通过总结近些年神经再生相关的研究进展,并从一些关键分子和信号通路角度分析神经再生的可能原因,为今后的实验研究阐明神经再生的详细机制提供一些理论基础。
