摘要
为满足烟气超低排放的要求,采用循环流化床半干法脱硫技术对某钢铁企业自备电厂燃用副产煤气的燃气锅炉进行环保改造。基于半干法脱硫原理,结合钢铁企业燃气锅炉的运行特点,对设计方案和运行措施进行有针对性的优化,如采用更大容量的再循环烟道、改进锅炉零压点控制方案、提高脱硫出口烟温控制值、采用粉煤灰作为流化床建床原料等。改造完成后,在一般运行工况、性能考核工况及多种燃料混合工况下,SO 2排放质量浓度(标准状态)均能控制在35 mg/m 3以内,脱硫效率可达85%以上。主要污染物排放数据满足超低排放要求,验证了该套脱硫系统对变负荷和变燃料工况的适应性。
To meet the requirements of ultra-low emission of flue gas,the technology of circulating fluidized bed semi-dry desulfurization was used for environmental protection reform on a gas fired boiler burning by-product gas in a self-owned power plant of a steel enterprise.Based on the theory of semi-dry desulfurization technology and combined with the operation characteristics of gas-fired boiler,some targeted improvements and optimization in the design scheme and operation measures were given,such as the adoption of larger capacity recirculation flue duct,control scheme optimization of boiler zero pressure point,flue gas temperature control at desulfurization outlet and initial fluidized bed establishment scheme.After finishing the retrofit,no matter in general operation condition,performance evaluation condition or multiple fuel condition,the SO 2 concentration of flue gas emission can be controlled within 35 mg/m 3,the desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 85%,meanwhile the emission data of the main pollutants can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission,which prove the adaptability to load fluctuation and multiple fuel input of this desulfurization system.
