摘要
生物医药产业是全球公认的最具发展潜力的高技术新兴产业之一,也是世界各国竞相发展的战略性产业,集群化发展、产学研互动是当下全球生物医药产业园区建设的主要趋势。本文通过解读自发形成、依托研发资源形成和依靠园区政策发展的三类国际生物医药产业园区发展模式,辨析了生物医药产业集群的基本特征,明确了生物医药产业园区建设的主要诉求。文章从园区建设角度分析了生物医药产业园区选址、布局流线与建筑群、公共空间营造的要点,希望从中总结经验,以服务我国将来相关产业园区建设。
The biopharmaceutical industry is recognized as one of the most promising high-tech emerging industries in the world.The main trends in the construction of global biomedical industrial parks are cluster development and industry-university-research interaction.By interpreting the three types of international biopharmaceutical industrial park development models that are spontaneously formed,relying on R&D resources,and relying on park policy development,this paper distinguishes the basic characteristics of biomedical industrial clusters and clarifies the main demands of the construction of biomedical industrial parks.From the perspective of park construction,the article analyzes the key points of biomedical industrial park site selection,layout,building clusters,and public space construction.It is hoped that the experience can be summarized to serve the construction of related industrial parks in China in the future.
