中小户型住宅居家办公空间改造策略研究

Research on the Transformation Strategy of Home Office Space in Small and Medium Sized Houses

新冠疫情的突然袭击与蔓延加速了人们工作方式的转变,从传统固定办公模式普遍进入了远程居家办公模式。针对当前我国普通中小户型住宅普遍缺乏办公空间的问题,本文研究了90m^(2)以下中小户型主要功能空间的规模尺度;通过总结当前居家办公模式及方法;梳理并归纳出了适合当前普通中小户型进行居家办公的方法与策略。

the sudden attack and spread of COVID-19 speeded up the transformation of people’s working style,and entered the remote home office mode from the traditional fixed office mode.In view of the current lack of office space in ordinary small and medium-sized apartments in China,this paper studies the scale of the main functional space of small and medium-sized apart-ments below 90 square meters,summarizes the current home office mode and methods,and summarizes the methods and strategies suitable for the current ordinary small and medium-sized apartments.
