基于复杂系统视角的高职专业群人才培养改革背景、逻辑与实践

A Study on the Reformative Background,Logic and Practice of the Personnel Training of Specialty Groups in Vocational Colleges From the Perspective of the Complex System

本文研判了高职专业群人才培养面临的新要求,并借鉴复杂系统理论,分析了专业群人才培养的内涵和改革逻辑。以"双高计划"首轮建设单位——重庆电子工程职业学院信息安全与管理专业群为例,对专业群人才培养改革从实践层面进行了有益探索,取得的良好结果,验证了文中提出的内涵,以及改革逻辑的可行性与有效性。

This paper studies the new requirements of the personnel training of specialty groups in vocational colleges. Based on the theory of the complex system theory,it analyzes its connotation and reformative logic. Taking the specialty group of information security and management in Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering( initial"double high-level plan"construction unit) as an example,it probes into the practice of the reform of the personnel training. The results gained verify the connotation mentioned above as well as the feasibility and effectiveness of the reformative logic.
