基于多元回归的物流工程专业大学生就业率影响因素研究

Influencing Factors on the Employment Rate of Logistics Engineering College Students Based on Multiple Regression

毕业生的就业情况关系着高校的发展,是重要的民生问题,在一定程度上影响着社会的稳定。厘清影响大学生就业率的影响因素能够更好地提出针对性的策略,进而有效提升高校声誉。因此,文章以物流工程专业为例,通过问卷调查,采用多元回归分析模型,研究影响高校物流工程专业大学生就业率的关键因素,结果表明,就业指导、专业设置、能力素质、教学质量、就业意识和地方政策对大学生就业率有着显著的影响。文章的研究对于高校物流工程及相关专业就业指导工作,以及就业率的提升,具有一定的引导作用。

The employment situation of graduates is related to the development of colleges and universities, which is an important livelihood issue, and related to social stability to a certain extent. To clarify the factors affecting the employment rate of college students can better put forward targeted strategies, to effectively improve the reputation of colleges and universities. Therefore, taking the logistics engineering major as an example, this paper studies the key factors affecting the employment rate of college students majoring in logistics engineering through the questionnaire survey and multiple regression analysis models. The results show that employment guidance, specialty setting, ability and quality, teaching quality,employment awareness and local policies have a significant impact on the employment rate of college students. This study has a certain guiding effect on the employment guidance of logistics engineering and related majors in colleges and universities, as well as the promotion of employment rate.
