摘要
后疫情时代,物流企业面临日益严峻的挑战,要想在复杂多变的新环境下发展壮大,必须施展危机领导力,实现战略升级与创新。文章以后疫情时代为研究背景,从危机领导力的内涵诠释出发,剖析危机领导力的四大要素,探讨各要素之间的关系架构;进而制定后疫情时代物流企业战略升级的三大举措:全力保住现金流,提高员工执行力,整合物流服务链;最后在此基础上,提出后疫情时代物流企业战略创新的四项修炼,即培育战略思维、提升危机预见力,增强预警意识、提升危机识别力,加强决断协调、提升危机处理力,反思预演潜修、提升危机学习力。
In the post epidemic era, logistics enterprises are facing increasingly severe challenges. If logistics enterprises want to develop and grow in the complex and changeable new environment, they must exert crisis leadership to achieve strategic upgrading and innovation. Based on the research background of post epidemic era, this article analyzes the four elements of crisis leadership from the connotation of crisis leadership, and discusses the relationship between the elements;This article then formulates three major measures for the strategic upgrading of logistics enterprises in the post epidemic era: spare no effort to keep cash flow, improve the executive ability of employees, and integrate the logistics service chain. Finally, on this basis, the article puts forward four practices of strategic innovation of logistics enterprises in the post epidemic era, that is to cultivate strategic thinking and enhance crisis foresight, enhance the awareness of early warning and promote the ability of crisis identification, strengthen decision-making coordination and enhance crisis handling ability, reflect on the rehearsal and improve the crisis learning ability.
