生态振兴背景下江苏省农村居民垃圾分类的意愿研究

Study on the Willingness of Garbage Classification of Rural Residents in Jiangsu Province under the Background of Ecological Revitalization

农村生活垃圾分类处理是实施生态振兴的助推器,有助于农村人居环境的改善,是乡村振兴工作的重要部分。基于江苏省农村地区的调查数据,分析其垃圾分类现状和农村居民生活垃圾分类意愿。结果表明:江苏省农村垃圾分类现状南北差异较大,垃圾分类处理的支付意愿由苏北到苏南呈现递增的趋势,且愿意以罚钱等惩罚措施来约束居民垃圾分类行为的,也是由北向南呈现递增趋势。基于结论并提出政策建议,为江苏省开展垃圾分类工作提供借鉴。

The classified treatment of rural domestic waste is a booster for the implementation of ecological revitalization, contributes to the improvement of rural living environment, and is an important part of rural revitalization. Based on the survey data of rural areas in Jiangsu province, the current situation of garbage classification and the willingness of rural residents to classify domestic waste are analyzed. The results show that the current situation of rural garbage classification in Jiangsu province is quite different from the north to the south, and the willingness to pay for garbage classification is increasing from northern Jiangsu to southern Jiangsu, and is willing to restrict residents’ garbage classification behavior by penalty and other punitive measures. it also shows an increasing trend from north to south. Based on the conclusions and put forward policy recommendations, to provide reference for garbage classification in Jiangsu province.
