摘要
长期以来,兰州中小物流企业受到地域及资源等多种因素的影响,发展滞后,低价低质特征明显,核心竞争力形成及发展缓慢,已经严重制约了兰州区域物流的发展。文章结合兰州中小物流企业实际,在对其核心竞争力发展过程中面临的问题进行系统分析的基础之上,针对性的提出了"建立符合兰州中小物流企业实际的品牌发展战略、组织动态调整,提高资源整合能力"等相关发展策略,用于促进兰州中小物流企业核心竞争力的发展。
For a long time, the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Lanzhou are affected by many factors, such as geography and resources. The development lags behind, the characteristics of low price and low quality are obvious, and the formation and development of core competitiveness is slow,which has seriously restricted the development of regional logistics in Lanzhou. In this paper, combined with the reality of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Lanzhou, based on the systematic analysis of the problems faced in the development process of their core competitiveness, the author puts forward some relevant development strategies, such as“ establishing brand development strategy in line with the actual situation of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Lanzhou,dynamic adjustment of organization, and improving the ability of resource integration”, to promote the development of the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Lanzhou.
