长三角一体化下机场群与城市化协同发展研究

Study on the Coupling Coordinative of Airport Group and Urbanization Quality under the Integration of Yangtze River Delta

民航运输与城市化发展之间存在着相辅相成、相互影响的关系。文章以长三角区域为研究对象,构建机场群与城市化质量的评价指标体系,采用熵值法计算指标权重,利用耦合协调度对江浙沪皖的机场群与城市化质量的耦合协调状况进行分析。结果表明:在长三角一体化的背景下,上海市的民航运输与城镇化质量发展处于优质协调发展阶段,发展状态为城市化发展滞后协调;浙江省与江苏省处于初级协调阶段,发展状态为机场群发展滞后协调;安徽省处于轻度失调阶段,两系统发展水平相对最差。针对以上问题,结合长三角一体化政策,提出建议优化区域协同水平。

There is a complementary and mutually influential relationship between civil aviation transportation and urbanization development. This paper takes the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object, constructs the evaluation index system of airport cluster and urbanization quality, uses the entropy value method to calculate the index weights, and analyzes the coupling and coordination status of airport cluster and urbanization quality in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui using the coupling coordination degree. The results show that in the context of Yangtze River Delta integration,the development of civil aviation transportation and urbanization quality in Shanghai is at the stage of high-quality coordinated development, and the development status is lagging coordination of urbanization development;Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province are at the stage of primary coordination,and the development status is lagging coordination of airport cluster development;Anhui province is at the stage of mild dissonance, and the development level of the two systems is relatively the worst. In view of the above problems, combined with the Yangtze River Delta integration policy, suggestions are made to optimize the level of regional synergy.
