高校退役复学大学生校园融入研究

Integration into Campus Life by Retired College Students from the Military Service

随着我国“中国梦”“强军梦”进程的不断推进,高校大学生已逐渐成为征兵兵员的主体,在国防建设中发挥了重要的作用。以退役复学大学生为研究对象,采用深入调查访谈的形式,通过对其返校复学后的校园融入状况进行研究,发现环境的变化、交往的断层、学习的衔接和未来的迷茫等因素影响了他们的校园融入。基于此,从环境适应、人际交往、学习衔接和未来规划四个方面提出促进退役复学大学生校园融入的对策,帮助他们尽早融入大学校园生活,更好地成长成才。

With the continuous advancement of the"Chinese Dream"and"Dream of a Strong Army"in our country,college students have gradually become the main body of conscripts and have played an important role in building up the national defense.This study investigates retired college students from army by an in-depth interview,with the focus on their integration into campus life after retiring from military service.It is found that environmental changes,communication faults,learning cohesion,and future confusion,all have influence on their campus integration.Therefore,suggestions from the perspective of environmental adaptation,interpersonal communication,learning cohesion and future planning are proposed in order to help them integrate into campus life,and to facilitate their advancement and accomplishment.
