“三全育人”视域下高校文化育人路径的调整与优化 被引量:9

Adjustment and Optimization of Culture Educational Path in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of"Three-integrated Whole Education"

摘要 “以文化人、以文育人”促进学生的全面发展成为学界共识。目前高校在文化育人路径上仍然不同程度地存在“重管理轻育人”“重功利轻价值”“重传统轻创新”“有参与无合作”等偏离“三全育人”的诸多问题。高校应当从顶层设计上对文化育人路径作出优化调整,要充分发挥高校育人主体之间的合力,同时联动校内和校外,更新育人观念,创新育人机制,构建党委统一领导、相关各职能部门密切配合、师生相互联动的文化育人工作机制,形成全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的文化育人新格局。 "Educating people with culture and liberal arts"has become a consensus in academic circles in order to promote the allround development of students.At present,there are still many problems deviating from the"three-integrated whole education"in the path of culture education in colleges and universities,such as"emphasizing management over education","emphasizing utility over value","emphasizing tradition over innovation"and"participation without cooperation".Colleges and universities should optimize and adjust the path of culture education from the top-level design,give full play to the joint force between the subjects of college education,and link the school on-campus and off-campus.They should update the concept of education,innovate the education mechanism,build a cultural education working mechanism under the unified leadership of the Party committee,and strengthen the close cooperation of relevant functional departments and mutual interaction between teachers and students.Eventually,a new pattern of all-round culture education will be established by integrating a whole staff education with whole process education.
