“珠三角自创区”创新生态系统的现状、问题与对策

The Status Quo,Problems and Solutions to the Innovation Ecosystem of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zones in Pearl River Delta

国家自主创新示范区需要打造完善的创新生态系统,以产生最好的集聚效应,并能充分发挥其示范带动和引领辐射的作用。珠三角自创区经济实力雄厚,科研投入较大,创新成果显著,创新平台和创新环境逐步完善,但在自主创新能力、产学研融合、高端创新人才、区域协同创新水平、科技中介服务机构和金融对科技创新的支持力等方面仍存在一些突出的问题。为此,珠三角自创区必须针对这些存在问题提出相应的对策,以加快构筑和完善创新生态系统。

The national independent innovation demonstration zone needs to build a perfect innovation ecosystem to produce the best agglomeration effect and to give a full play to its role of demonstration driving and leading radiation.The self created zone in Pearl River Delta region has its strong economic strength,heavy investment in scientific research,remarkable innovation achievements,and gradually improved innovation platform and environment.However,there are still some grave problems in terms of independent innovation ability,industry university research integration,high-end innovative talents,regional collaborative innovation level,science and technology intermediary service institutions and financial support for science and technology innovation.Therefore,the Innovation Ecosystem of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zones of Pearl River Delta must put forward the relevant solutions to these problems so as to speed up the development and improvement of the innovation ecosystem.
