摘要
通过观察输电线路发生鸟害故障区域鸟类活动情况,确定引起输电线路发生故障跳闸的鸟类。对有鸟巢的输电线路杆塔所处区域、附近的水源、与村庄距离、植被覆盖情况、筑巢杆塔高度进行综合分析,确定引起线路跳闸的鸟类的分布特点。统计2014—2020年泰安地区架空输电线路发生的鸟害故障,分析涉鸟故障区域、时间、鸟种、电压等级等特征。制定鸟害风险分级原则及绘制鸟害风险分布图。对泰安地区架空输电线路防鸟装置应用情况进行统计、分析和评估,提出鸟害防治意见。
Observation is used to determine bird activities in the area where bird damage faults occur on the transmission lines and the bird species that bring about fault trips of transmission lines.Comprehensive analyses are performed on the area where the transmission line towers with bird nests are located,water sources nearby,the distance from villages,the vegetation coverage and the height of the towers with bird nests to determine the distribution characteristics of birds causing line trips.Based on the statistics on the bird damage faults of overhead transmission lines in the Taian area from 2014 to 2020,the characteristics of bird-related fault areas,time,bird species and voltage levels are analyzed,and the application of bird protection devices for overhead transmission lines in the area is analyzed and evaluated,based on which the risk classification principle of bird damage and the risk distribution map of bird damage are formulated,and several suggestions on bird damage control are proposed.
