摘要
某抽水蓄能电站励磁交流开关在一次发电启机运行过程中,出现了合闸失败触发励磁二级故障并导致启机失败的缺陷。分析了励磁交流开关辅助触点机构异常导致开关合闸失败的原因,并对交流开关辅助触点机构改造进行了研究,提出了新的辅助触点机构配置方案,经过实际应用验证:新的辅助触点机构配置方案在可靠性、耐用性、经济性以及维护便利性等方面取得了显著效果。
During a start-up operation of an excitation AC switch of a Pumped Storage Power Station,a defect was found that the closing failure triggered the secondary excitation failure and led to the start-up failure.Analyses are carried out on the causes of such a switch closing failure due to the abnormal auxiliary contact mechanism of excitation AC switch,with studies on the transformation of auxiliary contact mechanism of AC switches,and puts forward a new configuration scheme of auxiliary contact mechanism.It is verified by practical application that remarkable achievements have been made by the application of such a new configuration scheme of auxiliary contact mechanism in reliability,durability,economics and maintenance convenience,etc.
