摘要 为了提升喷气织机轴承装配技术水平和效率,提高喷气织机运动副的可靠性,分析喷气织机深沟球轴承滚道损伤情况及其失效原因;介绍传统轴承装配步骤和方法,以及采取冷压装配工艺装配轴承易造成弯曲变形、对工人要求较高等问题;探讨应用电磁感应加热轴承装配工艺方法及应用。生产实践表明:采用新装配工艺能有效提高轴承的装配精度和质量,且故障率降低,避免了装配环节对轴承的损伤,提升传动系统可靠性,降低对装配工人的技术要求。 In order to improve the assembly process level and efficiency of air-jet loom bearing,and improve the reliability of moving pair of air-jet loom,the raceway damage and its failure reasons of deep groove ball bearing on air-jet loom are analyzed.The assembly steps and methods of traditional bearing are introduced,and the problems of bending deformation and high demands on workers caused by cold pressing assembly process of bearing assembly are introduced.The assembly process method and application of using electromagnetic induction heating bearing is discussed.The production practice shows that the new assembly process can effectively improve the assembly precision and quality of bearings,reduce the failure rate,avoid the damage of assembly to bearings,improve the reliability of transmission system,and reduce the technical requirements on assembly workers.
