摘要
对于低品位、缓倾斜的多层金矿脉开采一直是采矿工作中的难点,目前安全高效且低贫损的成功开采案例极少。柿树底金矿缓倾斜矿体品位极低,多条矿脉分支复合严重,开采技术难度极大,多年的空场法开采遗留了大规模的采空区群,严重威胁深部采场作业的安全,因此,需转型升级为安全高效的充填采矿法。经过多个方案的技术对比,优选机械化上向水平分层充填法作为主体开采方案,配置凿岩台车、铲运机等机械化装备减少人工成本,采用单步骤间隔回采、非胶结充填工艺等,最大程度降低充填成本,实现了低品位、缓倾斜多层金矿脉的安全高效、低贫损和低成本开采。机械化上向水平分层充填法在柿树底金矿的成功应用,为国内外低品位、缓倾斜、多层金矿脉的安全高效开采提供了新的思路。
The mining of low grade and gently inclined multilayer parallel gold veins has always been a difficult point in mining work.At present,there are few successful mining cases with safety,high efficiency and low lean loss.The grade of gently inclined ore body in Shishudi gold mine is very low,and many ore veins are seriously compounded.The mining technology is very difficult.Many years of open stope mining has left large-scale goaf group,which seriously threatens the safety of deep stope operation.Therefore,it is necessary to transform and upgrade to a safe and efficient filling mining method.Through the technical comparison of several schemes,the mechanized upward horizontal slicing and filling method is selected as the main mining scheme.The mechanized equipment such as rock drilling jumbo and scraper is configured to reduce the labor cost.The single-step interval mining and non-cemented filling process are adopted to reduce the filling cost to the greatest extent.The low grade and gently inclined multilayer parallel gold veins is safe and efficient low loss and low cost mining.The successful application of mechanized upward horizontal slicing and filling method in Shishudi gold mine provides a new idea for safe and efficient mining of low grade,gently inclined and multilayer parallel gold veins at home and abroad.
