摘要
端帮运输平盘宽度过大,导致设计的端帮边坡角小于满足稳定性要求的角度,部分煤炭资源因端帮压覆无法采出。出于提升经济效益的目的,本文提出了基于端帮运输平盘宽度优化的靠帮开采方案,并分析其成本和收益。若端帮运输平盘优化措施增加的成本小于靠帮开采的收益,则该方案合理可行。分析结果表明:通过改变挡墙与排水沟的途径,分别采用“主墙辅挡”形式和“管沟耦合排水”形式,减小了端帮运输平盘宽度共30.8 m,增加了优化措施成本520.80万元;实行靠帮开采,增加了煤炭资源的采出量373060 t,获得了2766.10万元的收益。基于端帮运输平盘宽度优化的靠帮开采方案,增加经济效益2245.30万元。由此可见,基于端帮运输平盘宽度优化的经济效益十分显著。
The large width of transport flat leads to a smaller angel of end-slope than that satisfies the requirement of stability,with part of coal resources buried and not mined.For improving economic benefit,steep mining scheme based on the optimized width of transportation flat is put forward,and cost and income are analyzed.The scheme is available when the cost of transportation flat optimization is less than income of steep mining based on it.The results show that respectively using the form of main-walled and auxiliary-blocked as well as coupled pipe-drain drainage by changing remaining wall and drain reduces width of transportation flat by 30.8 m,the cost of optimization measures increases by 5.208 million yuan.Steep mining based on this scheme increases production of coal resources by 373060 t and income by 27.661 million yuan.Steep mining based on the optimized width of transportation flat increases the economic benefit by 22.453 million yuan.The economic benefit based on the width optimization of flat plate is very significant.
