摘要
黄藏寺水利枢纽是黑河上游骨干控制性枢纽工程,水库主要开发任务为合理调配中下游生态和经济社会用水,促进流域人水和谐,其调度方式直接关系到黑河流域近期分水目标的实现。在研究黄藏寺水利枢纽综合利用需求的基础上,综合考虑各种调度边界条件,提出了黄藏寺水利枢纽生态调度和灌溉调度的具体调度规则。对于生态调度,根据不同来水频率确定了不同的调水次数、调水时机和调水流量;对于灌溉调度,根据不同典型年拟定了不同的调度线和调度区。通过长系列模拟验证表明,调度结果可以满足正义峡断面分水控制指标和中游灌区的用水需求。
The Huangzangsi Water Control Project under construction is a backbone control projecton the upper reaches of the Heihe River.The main development task of the reservoir is to reasonably allocate the ecological,economic and social water use in the middle and lower reaches to promote the harmony of human and water in the basin,and its dispatching mode is directly related to the realization of the goal of water distribution in the Heihe River basin in the near future.On the basis of studying the comprehensive utilization demand of Huangzangsi Water Control Project and comprehensively considering various dispatching boundary conditions,the specific dispatching rules of ecological dispatching and irrigation dispatching of Huangzangsi Water Control Project were put forward.Ecological dispatching determined different times,timing and flow of water transfer according to different incoming water frequency and irrigation dispatching drew up different dispatching lines and dispatching areas according to different typical years.Through a long series of simulations and verification,the operation results can meet the water diversion control index of Zhengyi Gorge section and the water demand of the irrigation in the middle reaches.
