网络话语权评价理论框架构建

Research on the Evaluation Theory of Network Discourse Power

[目的/意义]互联网技术以及网络环境的变化,使得网络话语的发布、传播等也发生着深刻变化,网络话语主体具有平民化的特征,对国家话语机构的话语权地位产生影响。进行网络话语权评价的研究,有利于明确影响网络话语权大小的决定因素,对提升国家舆论机构的网络话语权、改善网络环境具有十分重要的意义。[方法/过程]首先,对网络话语权的内涵进行了深刻探究,分析了网络话语权的产生过程;其次,结合信息计量学和评价理论,对网络话语权的特点以及评价指标进行分析;最后,确定网络话语权评价一级指标为网络引领力、网络传播力和网络影响影响力这3个指标。[结果/结论]根据以上研究,构建出网络话语权评价研究的理论框架。

[Purpose/significance] Changes in Internet technology and the Internet environment have caused profound changes in the publication, dissemination and influence of Internet discourse.The main body of Internet discourse has the characteristics of civilians, which has an impact on the discourse power status of national discourse institutions.Research on the evaluation of online discourse power is conducive to clarifying the determinants of online discourse power, and is of great significance for enhancing the online discourse power of national public opinion institutions and improving the network environment.[Method/process] This paper first conducts a deep inquiry on the connotation of the power to speak on the Internet, and analyzes the process of generating the power to speak on the Internet.Secondly, combined with information metrology and evaluation theory, analyze the characteristics of network discourse power and evaluation index, and finally determine the first-level indicators of online discourse power evaluation as the three indicators of network leading power, network communication power and network influence.[Result/conclusion] Based on the above research, this paper finally constructs a theoretical framework for the research on the evaluation of online discourse power.
