线性学术评价中的伪权重与权重失灵问题研究——兼谈专家赋权的优化

Research on Pseudo Weight and Weight Failure in Linear Academic Evaluation:Including Optimization of Expert Empowerment

伪权重与权重失灵是学术评价中潜在的两个重要问题,研究其影响与关系是学术评价的基础问题。文章在分析线性学术评价伪权重与权重失灵成因及关系的基础上,以JCR2019管理学期刊评价为例,进行了相关问题的实证。研究结果表明:伪权重问题会导致专家权重失效;权重失灵有利有弊,优点主要体现在降低赋权失误与误差的影响;权重失灵一定程度上能降低伪权重的负面影响;有必要进一步推广伪权重与权重失灵的检验方法。

Pseudo weight and weight failure are two potential important problems in academic evaluation, and the study of their influence and relationship is the basic problem of academic evaluation.Based on the analysis of the causes and relationship between pseudo-weight and weight failure of linear academic evaluation, this paper takes JCR2019 management journal evaluation as an example to carry out empirical research on related problems.The results show that the pseudo-weight problem will lead to the failure of expert weight.Weight failure has advantages and disadvantages, the advantages are mainly reflected in reducing the impact of empowerment faults and errors.Weight failure can reduce the negative impact of pseudo weight to some extent.It is necessary to further promote the test methods of the pseudo weight and weight failure.
