健康焦虑人群信息行为特征、影响因素和互作用机制之元综合研究

A Meta-synthesis Study on Information Behavior Features,Influencing Factors and Interplay Mechanism of Health Anxiety Group

[目的/意义]文章旨在探究健康焦虑人群在信息需求、健康信息搜寻、信息加工等方面的特征,并构建健康焦虑人群信息行为产生、发展、影响效应和结果的生态机制。[方法/过程]采用理论生成元综合的方法,以Wilson信息行为模型和健康焦虑CBT模型为开端,发展健康焦虑人群信息行为的理论。[结果/结论]健康焦虑人群信息行为经历需求产生、信息搜寻、信息加工和处理直至产生影响结果的循环过程,其注意偏见和灾难化解释等认知障碍会强化焦虑情绪,并触发以被动搜寻为代表的安全行为,造成健康焦虑情绪和信息行为之间的互循环。研究结论为健康焦虑的实证研究提供指导作用,并为其治疗及健康信息服务的提升提供了借鉴。

[Purpose/significance] The study aims to explore the features of health anxiety group of their information needs, searching and processing so as to build an ecological mechanism of the generation, development, intervening effects and outcomes of their information behavior.[Method/process] Based on Wilson’s information behavior model and the cognitive-behavioral model of health anxiety, we developed the information behavior theory oriented to the health anxiety group.[Result/conclusion] We found that health anxious people experienced a cycle process of information needs generation, searching, processing and then reaching an outcome.Attentional bias, catastrophe interpretation and other cognitive impairment of this group intensified their anxiety and triggered their safety behavior such as a passive search, which resulted in the interplay between health anxiety and information behavior.This study provides guides for further empirical study and improvements of health information service toward the health anxiety group.
