摘要
本文针对某工程实际中典型的5.4m天线,结合其应用场景和功能需求进行了详细的结构方案设计,以满足天线系统结构轻量化、一体化、低成本、高性能的要求。根据天线的实际需求,对天线结构进行了系统性设计、利用MSC有限元软件建立天线结构的有限元模型,模拟实际应用工况,对结构进行了静力学分析。结果表明,结构设计方案合理可行,满足结构的各项指标要求。通过电气性能测试,满足使用需求,证明该设计是成功可行的。
Based on a typical 5.4m antenna in an engineering practice,this paper has carried out a detailed structural design in combination with its application scenarios and functional requirements to meet the requirements of lightweight,integrated,low-cost,and high-performance antenna system structure.According to the actual needs of the antenna,the antenna structure is systematically designed,the finite element model of the antenna structure is established using MSC finite element software,the actual application conditions are simulated,and the structure is statically analyzed.The results show that the structural design scheme is reasonable and feasible,and meets the requirements of various indicators of the structure.Through the electrical performance test to meet the use requirements,it proves that the design is successful and feasible.
