基于AdvantEdgeFEM的微波器件铣削参数分析

摘要 为了解决铝制高频微波器件的加工技术不可复制、零件质量的不可控等问题,提出使用AdvantEdge软件对典型高频微波器件的铣削加工过程进行有限元建模仿真。合理设置实验参数模型,基于控制变量法进行15组比对仿真实验。研究发现铣削深度、铣削宽度、每齿进给量增大均会使切削力增大,影响力依次增大;转速对切削力影响最小,呈负相关;四因素的增加均会使切削过程中的温度上升。当转速为30000rpm、铣削深度为0.2mm、铣削宽度为0.3mm、进给量为0.04mm时切削力与切削温度均较小,为优选参数组合。 To solve the irreproducible skills and uncontrolled quality in the manufacturing of aluminum high frequency microwave devices,finite element analysis based on AdvantEdge was proposed to simulate a typical milling process of a high frequency microwave device.After setting the experimental parameters correctly,15 simulation experiments were conducted with variable-controlling approach.It was found that the depth,width and feed promoted the milling force,influence growing in turn,while the cutting speed showed the opposite trend.All 4 factors lead to a temperature rise as increased.The recommended parameter combination is 30000rpm,0.2mm depth,0.3mm width and 0.04mm feed,where the cutting force and temperature were relatively low.
