基于WT-EMD-cICA的门式起重机轴承故障诊断方法

摘要 门式起重机是铁路货场中不可或缺的装卸设备,其齿轮箱中轴承经常出现损坏,为了能够有效避免其发生故障影响作业效率,提出一种基于小波阈值(Improved Wavelet Threshold,WT)和约束独立分量分析(constrained Independent Component Analysis,cICA)相结合的轴承故障诊断方法。建立门式起重机齿轮箱轴承故障仿真信号并故障诊断分析,验证了该方法的有效性。 The gantry crane is an important lifting equipment in railway freight transportation,and the bearing in the gearbox is the most faulty part of the gantry crane.In order to effectively prevent its failure from affecting the operating efficiency,a wavelet threshold and constraint independent component analysis is proposed.Combined bearing fault diagnosis method.The effectiveness of the method is verified by analyzing the simulation signal of the bearing failure of the gantry crane gearbox.
