具有多道密封环的复杂结构密封副精准装配方法研究

摘要 具有多道密封环的复杂结构密封副作为大功率液力传动装置的关键机构,主要依靠密封副中的四道铸铁密封环来实现系统分流和配速作用,但铸铁密封环在装配过程中容易被剪切损坏,导致液力传动装置出现出口流量小、闭锁压力低、润滑压力低等问题。对该结构密封副的装配操作方法进行了创新,将涡轮测速齿轮、配流套、供油套和四道铸铁密封环的装配顺序进行了合理的调整,做到了可视化装配和精准装配,解决了铸铁密封环装配困难和易损坏问题,使生产效率提高了40%。 As the key mechanism of the high-power hydraulic transmission device,the complex structure sealing pair with multiple sealing rings mainly relies on the four-channel cast iron sealing ring to realize the function of system diversion and speed control.However,the cast iron sealing ring is easily damaged by shearing during the assembly process,which will cause the hydraulic transmission device to have problems of small outlet flow,low blocking pressure,and low lubrication pressure.Therefore,the assembly operation method is innovated.The assembly sequence of the turbine speed measuring gear,the flow distribution sleeve,the oil supply sleeve and the four-channel cast iron sealing ring is adjusted reasonably,visual assembly and precise assembly are achieved,and the problems of difficult assembly and easy damage are solved,which increase the production efficiency by 40%.
