摘要
3D打印技术使模具冷却水路设计不再受塑件结构的限制,可以随心所欲地使水路遍布模具型腔。文章以某注塑模型芯为例,通过实验论证了设计方案的可行性,并具体说明了3D打印全过程,介绍了打印设备、材料、工艺参数、后处理方式等,结果显示,在模具制造过程中合理有效的使用3D打印技术,能有效提升模具设计和制造的整体效率,推动模具向更复杂、更经济、更快速的方向发展。
3D printing technology makes the mould cooling water design is no longer limited by the plastic structure and can make the water throughout the mould cavity.In this paper,an injection molding model core is taken as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of the design scheme through experiments,the whole process of 3D printing is specifically explained,and the printing equipment,materials,process parameters,post-processing methods are introduced.The results show that the reasonable and effective use of 3D printing technology in the mould manufacturing process can effectively improve the overall efficiency of mold design and manufacturing,and promote the mold to a more complex,economical and rapid development.
