国家的发展和社会的进步离不开党的正确指导,离不开各族劳动人民的辛勤劳动。在社会主义新时代背景下,开展劳动技能竞赛,提高劳动者的工作和生产效率,调动劳动者的工作热情、激发职业荣誉感是每个工会需要研究和突破的任务。文章以内蒙古自治区的劳动和技能竞赛为例,因其存在独有的特点,所以劳动和技能竞赛所制定的形式、目标、机制等都要考虑到与地域、民族、人文、信仰、环境等因素相符,工会开展的工作方式方法就有所不同。因此,工会要在此基础上,创新地开展劳动和技能竞赛,调动劳动者的工作热情、激发职业荣誉感,提升职业技能与素养,增强企事业单位竞争力,为企事业单位高质量发展带来生机。
