“工匠精神”建构视阈下高职院校辅导员队伍建设管窥:要素、现状与路径

Elements,Current Situation and Paths of the Team Construction of Counselors in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Construction of“Craftsman’s Spirit”

“工匠精神”是中华五千年文明的沃土孕育出的优秀传统文化,是各行各业人员在工作的精神追求,在高职院校辅导员队伍中培育和践行“工匠精神”有利于推进高职院校辅导员队伍建设与发展。新时代高职院校辅导员“工匠精神”具有其重要的内涵要素,高职院校辅导员队伍建设与专业化发展存在辅导员队伍威严不足、专业性阙如、职业定位规划模糊、人才流动性较大等问题。因此,各高职院校应增强辅导员职业认同感、提升职业能力素养、完善高职院校辅导员队伍建设的规划、从辅导员工作观念与方式等方面入手,将“工匠精神”融入辅导员队伍建设,更好提升辅导员专业化水平。

“Craftsman’s spirit”is the excellent traditional culture nurtured by the fertile soil of Chinese civilization for five thousand years.It is the spiritual pursuit of people from all walks of life in their work.Cultivating and practicing“craftsman’s spirit”in the counselor team of vocational colleges is conducive to promoting the construction and development of the counselor team.It is found that the“craftsman’s spirit”of vocational college counselors in the new era has its important connotation elements.There are some problems in the construction and professional development of the counselor team in vocational colleges,such as lack of authority,lack of expertise,vague career positioning and planning,and large mobility of talents.Therefore,vocational colleges should enhance the professional identity of counselors,improve professional ability and quality,improve the planning of counselor team construction,create the concept and way of counselor work,and integrate the“craftsman’s spirit”into the counselor team construction so as to better improve the professional level of counselors.
