摘要
“工匠精神”的核心内涵是精益求精,其前提是职业专业技能。精益求精的“工匠精神”,体现在企业的购买、生产、销售和服务的全过程中,却始于职业教育。如何培养高素质的具有“工匠精神”的技术技能人才,成为各职业院校肩负的教育使命。本文以乌兰察布职业学院为例,就目前高职院校基于“工匠精神”技能人才培养普遍存在的问题进行剖析,以探索具有“工匠精神”的高技能人才培养途径的新思路。
The core connotation of“craftsman’s spirit”is to keep improving,and its premise is professional skills.The“craftsman’s spirit”of striving for perfection is reflected in the whole process of purchase,production,sales and service of an enterprise,but it begins from vocational education.How to cultivate high quality technical talents with“craftsman’s spirit”has become the educational mission of vocational colleges.Taking Wulanchabu Vocational College as an example,this paper analyzes the common problems in the training of skilled talents based on“craftsman’s spirit”in vocational colleges at present,in order to explore new ways of training high-skilled talents with“craftsman’s spirit”.
