摘要
目的探讨急诊科护士共情疲劳与隐性缺勤的现况,并分析二者的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、中文版共情疲劳量表、斯坦福隐性缺勤量表对青岛市3所三级甲等医院252名急诊科护士进行调查。结果急诊科护士共情疲劳总分为(86.27±10.38)分,隐性缺勤得分为(17.33±5.07)分,多因素分析结果显示,性别、工作年限、人事关系、婚姻状况、每月加班数、同情满意、继发性创伤应激是急诊科护士隐性缺勤的主要影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士隐性缺勤较为严重,管理者应根据护士的自身特点,采取降低共情疲劳的相关措施,降低护士的隐性缺勤。
Objective To explore the status and the relationship between compassion fatigue and presenteeism among emergency nurses.Methods A total of 252 nurses from three hospitals in Qingdao were investigated by general information questionnaire,Chinese version of the Compassion Fatigue Scale and Stanford Presenteeism Scale(SPS-6).Results The score of compassion fatigue was(86.27±10.38)and the score of SPS-6 was(17.33±5.07).The multivariate analysis showed that the major influencing factors of presenteeism were gender,working years,human relations,marital status,number of overtime work per month,compassion satisfaction,and secondary traumatic stress.Conclusions The presenteeism of nurses in the emergency department is serious.Managers should take measures according to the nurses'own characteristics to reduce compassion fatigue to reduce presenteeism.
