医护一体化“云病房”管理在髋关节置换术患者康复中的应用

Application of integrated"cloud ward"management of medical care in the rehabilitation of patients undergoing hip replacement

目的探讨医护一体化“云病房”管理在髋关节置换术患者出院后功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2020年4月至2021年1月行髋关节置换术后的患者61例,根据患者入院顺序随机分为对照组30例和干预组31例。对照组男12例,女18例,年龄(71.23±5.87)岁;干预组男11例,女20例,年龄(71.29±5.09)岁。对照组患者给予常规随访和指导,干预组在对照组基础上给予医护一体化“云病房”康复管理,比较两组锻炼依从性、患者满意度、髋关节功能及并发症发生率。结果干预组锻炼依从性[90.32%(28/31)]高于对照组[70.00%(21/30)](P<0.05),干预组患者满意度[96.77%(30/31)]高于对照组[73.33%(22/30)](P<0.05),干预组干预后髋关节功能评分[(73.58±7.65)分]高于对照组[(69.17±5.53)分](P<0.05),干预组并发症发生率[3.22%(1/31)]低于对照组[23.33%(7/30)](P<0.05)。结论医护一体化“云病房”管理有助于促进髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能恢复,提高患者锻炼依从性和满意度,降低术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated"cloud ward"management of medical care in functional exercise of patients undergoing hip replacement after discharge.Methods Sixty-one patients who underwent hip replacement in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to January 2021 were selected and were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an intervention group(31 cases)according to the order of admission.In the control group,there were 12 males and 18 females,aged(71.23±5.87)years;in the intervention group,there were 11 males and 20 females,aged(71.29±5.09)years.The control group was given routine follow-up and guidance,and the intervention group was given the integrated"cloud ward"rehabilitation management of medical care on the basis of the control group.The exercise compliance,patient satisfaction,hip function,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The exercise compliance in the intervention group[90.32%(28/31)]was higher than that in the control group[70.00%(21/30)](P<0.05),the patient satisfaction in the intervention group[96.77%(30/31)]was higher than that in the control group[73.33%(22/30)](P<0.05),the hip function score of the intervention group after the intervention[(73.58±7.65)points]was higher than that of the control group[(69.17±5.53)points](P<0.05),and the incidence of complications of the intervention group[3.22%(1/31)]was lower than that of the control group[23.33%(7/30)](P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated"cloud ward"management of medical care is helpful to promote the recovery of hip function in patients undergoing hip replacement,improve patients'exercise compliance and satisfaction degree,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
