摘要
低氧诱导因子-1(hypoxiainducible factor-1,HIF-1)是一种可被低氧调节的异二聚体转录因子。近期研究发现,HIF-1在血管生成、能量调节、细胞凋亡、自噬等方面对心血管疾病的发展起着重要的调控作用。探索HIF-1在心血管疾病中的作用机制,将会为心脏疾病的预防和治疗提供更多有效策略。
Hypoxiainducible factor-1(HIF-1)is a heterodimeric transcription factor which can be regulated by hypoxia.Accumulating evidences have shown that HIF-1 plays a significant role in the development of cardiovascular diseases,such as angiogenesis,energy metabolism,apoptosis,and autophagy.Therefore,exploring the mechanism of HIF-1 in cardiovascular diseases will provide more effective strategies for the prevention and treatment of heart disease.
