动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血血管内治疗研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 颅内动脉瘤(intracranial aneurysms)指颅内动脉壁异常膨隆呈囊状、棱状等形状的病变。颅内动脉瘤最可怕的并发症是破裂导致蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)。SAH占所有脑卒中的5%~10%,这是一种破坏性的疾病,在脑血管疾病中,是仅次于脑血栓形成、高血压脑出血的危害人类健康的疾病。本文就颅内动脉瘤现有治疗方案及其优缺点、颅内动脉瘤血管内治疗现有方案及其优缺点作一综述。 Intracranial aneurysm refers to the abnormal dilatation of intracranial artery wall in the shape of cyst,rib,and so on.The most terrible complication of intracranial aneurysms is subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)caused by rupture,which accounts for 5%-10%of all cerebral strokes.SAH is a devastating disease,and is second only to cerebral thrombosis and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in cerebrovascular diseases and endangers human health.This article reviews the endovascular treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysms.
