摘要
为改善道德教育类测评方法,提升道德教育测评的科学性,日本学者上薗恒太郎结合传统内隐联想测评方法,开发设计了上薗联想测评法。通过比较、评述师德意识相关测评的既有方法,梳理介绍了上薗联想测评法的理论思想、操作程序及其测评优势,并将其应用于高校师范生的师德意识测评。测评结果表明,上薗联想测评法可从定量和定性角度分析解读高校师范生师德意识的发展水平。其结论也表明,上園联想测评法适用于高校师范生师德意识测评,进而有助于高校教师教育者反思并改进师范生师德养成教育质量。
In order to improve the evaluation methods of moral education and promote the scientific evaluation of moral education,Kamizono,a Japanese scholar,combined with traditional implicit association evaluation methods,develops and designs Kamizono Association Test Method.Comparing and reviewing the existing methods of assessing the moral consciousness of teachers,the theoretical thought,operation procedure and evaluation advantage of Kamizono Association Test Method are summarized and introduced,and it is applied to the evaluation of moral consciousness of normal university students.The results show that,Kamizono Association Test Method makes it possible to analyze and interpret the development level of moral consciousness of normal university students from quantitative and qualitative perspectives;the conclusion also suggests that,Kamizono Association Test Method is suitable for the evaluation of the teacher’s ethics consciousness of the normal university students,which can help the teachers and educators to reflect on and improve the education quality of the teacher’s ethics cultivation of the normal university students.
