基于SEM的不安全心理对建筑工人不安全行为的影响

The Influence of Unsafe Psychology on Unsafe Behavior of Construction Workers Based on SEM

当前,建筑业高质量发展,安全事故却频繁发生。本文基于建筑行业中工人的不安全心理,研究其对建筑工人不安全行为的影响机理。通过问卷对建筑工人进行调查,用SPSS软件对所得结果进行分析,并构建结构方程模型(structural equation model,SEM),用AMOS软件进行检验。研究结果表明:工人的不安全心理对其不安全行为产生正向影响;工人的不安全心理对组织的安全氛围产生正向影响;组织的安全氛围对工人的不安全心理的影响存在中介效应。这一结果表明,从工人不安全心理的角度进行管理,能够有效控制不安全行为的发生。

At present,with the high quality development of construction industry,safety accidents occur frequently.Based on workers'unsafe psychology in construction industry,this paper studies the influence mechanism of workers'unsafe behavior.The construction workers were surveyed by questionnaire,the results were analyzed by SPSS software,and the structural equation model was constructed and tested by AMOS software.The results show that workers'unsafe psychology has a positive influence on their unsafe behavior.The psychological insecurity of workers has a positive influence on the safety atmosphere of organizations.Organizational safety climate has a mediating effect on workers'unsafe psychology.The results show that management from the perspective of workers'unsafe psychology can effectively control the occurrence of unsafe behaviors.
