在区域格局高度网络化和生态文明建设的时代背景下,环太湖地区的乡村发展呈现出生态空间、生产空间、生活空间高度融合,以及自然生态、历史人文高度交织的特征。面对城镇化的快速发展和生态环境保护要求的双重压力,该地区的乡村发展迫切需要寻求生态化、特色化、可持续的乡村振兴路径。文章以太湖西岸的江苏宜兴市为例,剖析了其在乡村空间聚落、生态环境保护、乡村产业发展和服务设施配置等方面的发展特征和存在问题,以环太湖地区生态共保共治和价值实现为导向,以城乡等值发展为核心理念,聚焦乡村地区生态提优、生活提质、生产提效3个方面,细化提出村庄布局优化的9条实施路径,希冀为乡村振兴和村庄布局优化工作提供参考和借鉴。

In the context of regional networking and ecological civilization,the ecological space,production space,life space are highly integrated,and nature,history,culture are interwoven in rural areas around Lake Taihu.Under the dual pressure of rapid urban development and ecological preservation,the region’s rural development needs characteristic and sustainable paths.With Yixing city as an example,the paper analyzes its characters and problems in rural settlement,ecological preservation,industrial development,and service facilities,focuses on improvements in ecology,life,and production,proposes 9 paths that improves village pattern for ecological co-governance,value realization,and urban rural equal development of the areas around Lake Taihu.
