随着城市建设的发展,人防地下工程得到了系统开发与充分利用。现今,人防地下室主要作为车库与购物中心来使用,但在战时,它是得天独厚的人员掩蔽所与物资库。然而,无论作为哪种功能,人防工程的给排水设计与施工都至关重要。本文以人防地下室二等人员掩蔽所(以下简称二等人掩所)给排水设计为例,从战时给排水设计、洗消设计、平时给排水设计、施工质量保障等几个方面进行系统探讨。

With the development of urban construction,civil air defense underground projects have been systematically developed and fully utilized.Nowadays,the civil air defense basement is mainly used as a garage and shopping center,but in wartime,it is the unique personnel shelter and material storage.However,no matter what kind of function it has,the design and construction of water supply and drainage of civil air defense projects are very important.This article takes the water supply and drainage design of the second-class personnel shelter in the civil air defense basement as an example,and conducts a systematic discussion from several aspects such as wartime water supply and drainage design,decontamination design,normal water supply and drainage design,and construction quality assurance.
