摘要 控制能源生产和消费碳排放是实现全社会碳达峰目标的关键,立足我国国情、遵循能源发展规律,根本出路是以能源生产清洁化、能源消费电气化为方向,着力优化能源结构、提高能源效率、严控化石能源总量,构建清洁主导、电为中心的现代化能源体系,充分发挥光储直柔技术。 Controlling carbon emissions from energy production and consumption is the key to achieve carbon emissions peak in the entire society.Based on China’s national conditions and following the law of energy development,the fundamental way includes the cleaning of energy production and electrification of energy consumption,and strives to optimize the energy structure,improve energy efficiency,strictly control the total amount of fossil fuel,build a clean-led,electricity-centered modern energy system,and give full play to the technology of photovoltaics-storage-direct current-flexibility.
