电力工程项目管理与工程监理的有效融合研究

Research of Effective Integration of Power Engineering Project Management and Construction Supervision

伴随着这些年来,我国电力工程实现了较大程度的普及,已经能够较好满足现在社会人们对于效率的发展需求,通过把电力工程项目管理和监理工作进行有效的融合和相应的渗透,能够把该项工作的双重属性的相关效应淋漓尽致地展现出来。本文中,笔者主要针对电力工程项目管理和当前阶段工程监理两者之间的关系进行一定的分析和探讨,提出自己的一些对策,希望由此对我国电力工程建设做出较好的贡献,大力推进电力工程的可持续化发展。

Within these years,power engineering in China has achieved a wider popularization,and can better meet the current society’s development needs for efficiency.Through effective integration and corresponding penetration of power engineering project management and construction supervision,the related effects of the dual attributes of this issue are vividly demonstrated.In this article,the author mainly analyzes and discusses the relationship between power engineering project management and construction supervision at the current stage,and proposes some countermeasures,hoping to make a better contribution to the construction of power engineering in China and promote the sustainable development of power engineering.
