摘要 本文介绍了高速公路收费站破损水泥混凝土路面,采用超强水泥混凝土薄层罩面的技术特点、技术原理、施工工艺流程及质量控制措施。收费站一直是所在高速公路承担交通压力最大的节点,因为车辆的急停急起,柔性路面并不能满足要求,故收费站路面多为钢筋水泥混凝土。在往来车里的作业下,虽然水泥混凝土整体强度还满足要求,但提浆面却依旧被破坏,集料外露,导致车辆行驶的舒适性降低,也降低了水泥混凝土路面使用时限。 This paper introduces the technical characteristics,technical principles,construction process and quality control measures of the super-strong cement concrete layer overlay for the damaged cement concrete pavement in freeway toll station.The toll station has always been the node where the freeway bears the greatest traffic pressure.Because the rapid stops and starts of vehicle,the flexible pavement cannot meet the requirements,so the toll station pavement is mostly made of reinforced cement concrete.During the traffic operation,although the overall strength of the cement concrete still meets the requirements,the extracting layer is still damaged and the aggregates are exposed,which reduces the comfort of the vehicle and shorten the use time limit of the cement concrete pavement.
