随着我国经济的稳定发展,工程建设项目的数量及规模也在不断增长,这对作为EPC的总承包方的项目管理提出了更高的要求,为了提升总承包方的管理水平,使EPC模式能够更好地发挥自身的优势,有必要在EPC模式下推行BIM技术。本文通过分析工程实施各个阶段存在的不足,全面阐述EPC模式下BIM技术的应用价值。

With the steady development of China’s economy,the number and scale of construction projects are also increasing.This puts forward higher requirements for the project management of the general contractor as EPC.In order to improve the management level of the general contractor and better utilize the advantages of EPC mode,it is necessary to implement BIM technology in the EPC mode.This article analyzes the shortcomings at each stage of project implementation,and comprehensively elaborates the application value of BIM technology in EPC mode.
