Discussion on the Application of TPM Management in Equipment Maintenance of Oil Refinery

近年来,我国的炼油厂数量日渐增多,承担着越来越繁重的生产任务,为满足现实的生产需求,各个炼油厂已然进行了生产改革,实现了人工生产向机械生产的转变,这种机械生产模式下,因为各种设备的运行和使用关乎炼油厂的效益,因此,必须要全面加强炼油厂的设备维护与管理。在行业现代化的发展趋势下,为保障炼油厂的设备维护工作有效性,应积极采用先进的管理理念和方法。因此,本文详细分析了TPM管理在炼油厂设备维护中的应用,有利于通过维护工作来解决设备使用中的各种问题,提升设备可靠性。

In recent years,the number of oil refineries in China has increased and they are taking on arduous production tasks.In order to meet the actual production needs,each oil refinery has carried out production reforms and realizes the transformation from manual production to mechanical production.In the mechanical production mode,because the operation and use of various equipment are related to the benefit of oil refinery,it is therefore necessary to comprehensively strengthen the maintenance and management of the oil refinery’s equipment.Under the development trend of industry modernization,in order to ensure the effectiveness of equipment maintenance work in oil refinery,advanced management concepts and methods should be actively adopted.Therefore,this article analyzes in detail the application of TPM management in the maintenance of oil refinery equipment,which is helpful to solve various problems in equipment use through maintenance work and improve equipment reliability.
