基于轨道车操纵台优化的设计

摘要 随着铁路技术装备水平的不断提高,电传动重型轨道车目前已经进入成熟稳定的阶段,但由于处于初级阶段,现有轨道车操纵台的布置往往忽视了绝大多数人的习惯性动作方式,司机操纵半径大,缺少人性化,严重影响了铁路行车的安全性。为此,尽快设计符合人机工程学的重型轨道车操纵台,成为摆在设计人员面前的一个急需解决的课题。 With the continuous improvement of the railway technology and equipment levels,the electric driven heavy rail motor car has entered a mature and stable stage at present.However,due to primary stage,the layout of the existing rail motor car console often ignores the habitual movements of most people.The driver has a large operating radius,which lacks of humanization and seriously affects the safety of railway traffic.For this reason,it is urgent to design a heavy rail motor car console that conforms to ergonomics as soon as possible,which has become an urgent issue facing designers.
