优化进口矿粉与钒钛精粉比例提高烧结矿冶金性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对威钢现有烧结配料系统中钒钛精粉配比较低的问题,进行了烧结杯实验,并对实验所得烧结矿进行冶金性能检测及研究。结果表明:在钒钛精粉配比10%~40%的范围内,随着钒钛精粉配比的增加,烧结矿低温还原粉化率降低;还原度先下降后小幅上升;软化开始温度升高,滴落温度降低,软融区间变窄;成品率、转鼓指数、抗磨指数均降低。从目前威钢生产条件来看,钒钛精粉配比为30%时为宜。在此条件下,烧结矿的抗磨指数为5.97%,转鼓指数为66.67%,达到烧结矿冷强度国家标准;其还原性(RI)为81.62%、低温还原粉化率(RDI+3.15)为41.92%和软熔区间为128℃,符合入炉标准。本结果可为钒钛矿烧结合理配矿提供指导。 Aiming at the problem that Weigang's existing sintering batching system is relatively low in the proportion of vanadium-titanium refined powder,a sinter cup experiment was carried out,and the metallurgical properties of the sinter obtained from the experiment were tested and studied.The results show that:in the range of 10%-40%of the vanadium-titanium concentrate ratio,with the increase of the vanadium-titanium concentrate ratio,the low-temperature reduction pulverization rate of the sinter decreases;the degree of reduction first decreases and then rises slightly;the softening start temperature As it increases,the dripping temperature decreases,and the soft-melting interval narrows;the yield,drum index,and anti-wear index all decrease.Judging from the current production conditions of Weigang,it is appropriate when the ratio of vanadium-titanium concentrate is 30%.Under these conditions,the abrasion resistance index of the sinter is 5.97%,and the drum index is 66.67%,which meets the national standard for cold strength of the sinter;its reducibility(RI)is 81.62%,and the low-temperature reduction pulverization rate(RDI+3.15)It is 41.92%and the reflow interval is 128℃,which meets the furnace entry standard.The results can provide guidance for the rational blending of vanadium-titanium ore sintering.
