30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着疗效观察

Effect of 30%Supramolecular Salicylic Acid in Treating Post-inflammatory Hyperpigmentation Secondary to Acne Vulgaris

目的:观察并评估30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年10月就诊的痤疮炎症后色素沉着患者40例,予以30%超分子水杨酸外用,治疗间隔4周,共治疗3次,治疗前后予以VISIA采集和分析图像,每次治疗后随访患者不良反应,治疗结束后4周分析评价数据。结果:痤疮炎症后色素沉着经30%超分子水杨酸治疗后有效率为87.5%,满意度达90.0%,治疗后出现瘙痒、红斑、脱屑等不适,轻微且短暂。结论:30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着安全且有效,患者满意度较高。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 30%supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to acne vulgaris.Methods 40 cases patients with postinflammatory hyperpigmentation were selected from January 2018 to October 2019.They were given topical 30%supramolecular salicylic acid once every 4 weeks for 3 times.Before and after treatment,the images were collected and analyzed by VISIA.The adverse reactions of patients were followed up each time,And the data was analysed and evaluated 4 weeks after the last treatment.Results After treatment with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid,the effective rate was 87.5%and the satisfaction rate was 90%.There were some discomfort,such as itching,erythema,and desquamation.However,they were slight and short.Conclusion 30%supramolecular salicylic acid is safe and effective in treating post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation of patients secondary to acne vulgaris.
